• While we operate by appointment only, you’re always welcome to stop by during our regular business hours to explore our beautiful showroom! We suggest giving us a quick call first to make sure we’re open as usual that day. We have a variety of floral arrangements, structures, signage, and centerpiece designs on display to help inspire your vision!

  • We recommend booking your consultation 18 to 12 months before your wedding date, though this timeline is flexible. Ideally, you should have your venue and wedding date confirmed before scheduling your floral consultation, as these details help guide the design process.

  • Typically your consultant will not be there on the day of your event. However, we have a highly skilled design and set-up team who will be on-site bringing your designs to life!

  • Usually we have multiple events a day (especially during peak season). We have a large set-up and design team that divides up to set up multiple events a day.

  • As this is a creative process, we would love it if you could bring some inspiration photos or share your pinterest board with us prior to your meeting, so that we can see some things that you are imagining for your big day! We kindly ask that you complete our paperwork prior to your appointment to help ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

  • We source our beautiful flowers locally (when seasonally available) and from all around the world to ensure the highest quality florals.

Please note: the inspiration photos in the proposal are inspirational only and may differ based on your colors, budget, etc. Your wedding is unique to you and has not been fully designed yet.

  • Yes! We invite you into our studio about 6 weeks before your wedding for a sample meeting to show you a mock-up of one of your tablescapes. We usually create your larger design (if you have multiple designs) or the design of your choosing and set it up on a mock set table so you can see how it looks in person. We use the same flowers, colors, and hardgoods that we will be using on your wedding day.

Please note: sometimes we will substitute a silk flower if we cannot get it fresh for your sample, but it will still be fresh for your wedding). At this meeting, we fine-tune all the details for your day and you can make any changes that you would like!

Please note: if you have given us any personal hardgoods to set up for you, please know that we will NOT collect and transport them at the end of the night unless previously discussed. They are your responsibility to pick up.

For designs like bud vases or smaller arrangements, please let us know if you would like us to leave some boxes/packing material for you to pack up the arrangements at the end of the night for easier transport for you.
